We are a good fit if… you are a teen or adult wanting someone in your corner while you sort out anxiety, depression, ADHD and executive functioning, moving away to college/starting their independent life, body image concerns/disordered eating, figuring out your identify, and how to take the next steps in this wild world!
My ideal Client is… a teen/adult who is ready to take a deep look into their thought process and how it can impact their daily life, yet wants some quick hands on tools to get them through week to week. I love digging deep as well!
I Create Safety and Rapport by… getting to know you as an individual and creating a nonjudgmental space. I empathize with my clients and work to be a true ally — someone you can trust to join you on the journey of accomplishing your goals and overcoming barriers. I honor your pace, there is no rush — I’m here for as long as you need!
Three things I love are…
- My family, including my fur baby, Titan.
- Music – all of it – my shuffle surprises most!
- The Golden Girls. Bea Arthur’s dry, smart humor is everything!
