We are a good fit if… you are seeking discovery of your personal values and challenge the norms that have felt confining in your development. If you come from a background/family of origin where addiction was present. Clients who are seeking somatic work, guidance in developing or deepening mindfulness, want to learn hands on skills for improving communication, or finally resolve trauma with the guidance of a gentle yet firm therapist, come on over!
My ideal Client is… an individual or partners (18+) who have concerns surrounding sex, gender, sexuality, and relational conflicts — and/or depression, anxiety, trauma, burnout, addiction background, or stress related to work. I feel especially passionate about working with individuals and partners who are exploring how to improve and deepen their relationship(s).
I Create Safety and Rapport by…working to create a collaborative, non-judgmental space in which I honor your expertise of your life. Your body holds wisdom that can serve as a guide amidst stress and uncertainty.
Three things I love are…
- doting on my super snuggly adventure-dog, Lola
- connecting with friends, neighbors, people in my community, particularly if it involves learning a new skill
- playing outside in almost any way — biking, climbing, running, swimming
I am explicitily LGBTQIA+ affirming, HAES oriented, and anti-racist. All people are welcome with me.
