Therapy can help you get to know your body and its rhythm, as well as increase confidence and relationship success. Therapy can help you cope and heal from depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, stress, and burnout.
- I specalize in somatic therapy, a body based approach to healing, where together we learn to track your nervous system (fight, flight freeze) and guide you through processing unresolved trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, and pretty much anything!
- I create a safe and comfortable space for my clients by embodying unconditional positive regard for you and valuing you as an expert! I invite you to reach out if you’re ready to challenge your patterns and engage in mind/body healing!
