MSW, LCSW
Therapist

We are a good fit if… you have experienced trauma, anxiety, difficulty with emotional regulation, want to improve body image, or struggled to manage work/life balance or school.

As a queer therapist, I am passionate about helping  people explore their identities. With a healthy dose of evidence based intervetions, mixed with humor, validation, and eclectic flair, I help clients build resilience, trust, and a stronger sense of self.

My ideal Client is…  somone who is ready to embrace and explore their authentic selves (quirks and all).  Clients who enjoy structure in therapy, and also welcome some healthy humor and curiosty in sessions.

I Create Safety and Rapport by… listening to your needs and preferences with care. I provide a collaborative and gentle environment where you have the freedom and flexibility to tackle the big T’s and the little T’s, all at your own pace.

I am explicitly LGBTQIA+ affirming, HAES oriented, and anti-racist. All people are welcome with me.

Three things I love are…

  1. Feeding veggies to my rather skittish (but sweet) guinea pigs.
  2. Exploring new (or visiting our favorite) coffee shops with my wife.
  3. Going for a walk outside on a really sunny day (with SPF of course!).
